Job summary

Concentrix in Katowice, Poland is seeking a Team Leader to lead and grow a high-performing team in a dynamic, on-site setting. You will manage daily performance, engagement, and attendance while coaching and developing team members through regular feedback and performance reviews.

The role requires strong coaching and performance-management skills, excellent communication, and fluency in English and German.
