Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Quality & Training Specialist to advance quality across calls, chats, and emails while delivering engaging training sessions. The role requires strong analytical abilities, organisational skills, and the ability to work from our Katowice office.

Qualifications

• German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2) required.
• Experience as a Trainer or Quality Evaluator is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• English and/or Polish language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, and emails to ensure quality.
• Analyze performance trends, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Share quality insights and evaluation results with internal and client stakeholders.
• Participate in calibration sessions to drive scoring consistency.
• Maintain understanding of products, services, and program requirements.
• Support quality initiatives and documentation updates.
• Partner with Operations to identify drivers and optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to business performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver impactful training sessions using modern facilitation techniques.
• Coach and support employees through learning journeys.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare and facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands-on sessions.
• Ensure successful transition from training to production.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and propose program improvements.
• Assist in creating and updating training materials and aids.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
