Job summary

DSV Air & Sea SAU in Warsaw is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure and deployments, and improve scalability, security, and observability of our integration platform.

You will work across global logistics environments, collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Architects, and guide development teams on DevOps best practices while ensuring compliance with security policies and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design, implementation and operation of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with IaC tools and automation practices.
• Proficient in container technologies and orchestration concepts.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.
• Knowledge of SSDLC, security best practices and vulnerability management.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Understanding of networking, firewalls and secure access management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across environments.
• Develop and maintain automation tools for software delivery and infra management.
• Promote and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Automate system installation, configuration, deployment, and operations.
• Support containerized and traditional apps, databases, and data pipelines.
• Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and architects on DevOps initiatives.
• Mentor development teams on DevOps best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, security policies and regulations.

In the Integration & Automation team we play a critical role in connecting warehouse automation equipment, customer APIs, Warehouse Management System, and enterprise systems across a highly complex, global landscape.

We are looking for a DevOps engineer who thrives with create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure and deployments, and improve the scalability, security, and observability of our integration platform (or applications)

What you'll do

As our DevOps Engineer, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across development, test, staging, and production environments
• Develop and maintain automation tools for software delivery and infrastructure management
• Promote and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and practices
• Automate system installation, configuration, deployment, and operational processes
• Support both containerized and traditional application environments, databases, and data pipelines
• Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions
• Participate in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis activities
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Architects to plan and prioritize DevOps initiatives
• Guide and mentor development teams on DevOps best practices
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulations, security policies, and legal requirements

We would like to see experience in:

• CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and operations
• Infrastructure as Code tools and methodologies
• Container technologies and orchestration concepts
• Monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting platforms
• Automated testing and Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices
• Software lifecycle management and operational support processes

You also have a solid understanding of:

• Cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Networking concepts, firewalls, and secure access management
• Security best practices, vulnerability management, patching strategies, and DevSecOps principles
