Job summary

DSV Road GmbH in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation tools across development, testing, and production environments.

You will promote Infrastructure as Code, automate deployments, and support both containerized and traditional setups, ensuring security and observability across a global logistics platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across dev, test, staging, production.
• Develop and maintain automation tools for software delivery and infrastructure management.
• Promote and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and practices.
• Automate installation, configuration, deployment, and operational processes.
• Support containerized and traditional environments, databases, and data pipelines.
• Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Participate in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Architects to plan DevOps initiatives.
• Mentor development teams on DevOps best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, security policies and legal requirements.

In the Integration & Automation team we play a critical role in connecting warehouse automation equipment, customer APIs, Warehouse Management System, and enterprise systems across a highly complex, global landscape.

We are looking for a DevOps engineer who thrives with create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure and deployments, and improve the scalability, security, and observability of our integration platform (or applications)

This is an opportunity to influence how software and infrastructure are built, deployed, monitored, and operated across a global logistics environment.

What you'll do

As our DevOps Engineer, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across development, test, staging, and production environments
• Develop and maintain automation tools for software delivery and infrastructure management
• Promote and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and practices
• Automate system installation, configuration, deployment, and operational processes
• Support both containerized and traditional application environments, databases, and data pipelines
• Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions
• Participate in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis activities
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Architects to plan and prioritize DevOps initiatives
• Guide and mentor development teams on DevOps best practices
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulations, security policies, and legal requirements

We would like to see experience in:

• CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and operations
• Infrastructure as Code tools and methodologies
• Container technologies and orchestration concepts
• Monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting platforms
• Automated testing and Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices
• Software lifecycle management and operational support processes

You also have a solid understanding of:

• Cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Networking concepts, firewalls, and secure access management
• Security best practices, vulnerability management, patching strategies, and DevSecOps principles
