airSlate is seeking a Team Lead PHP Engineer to join the Payments Systems core team. You will design and implement payment experiments, integrate new gateways, and optimize systems affecting millions of users' experiences.
The role requires 6+ years backend experience, 1–2+ years leading a small team, strong PHP (Yii2/Laravel), SQL databases, Git, Docker, and English proficiency; Ukrainian or Russian fluency is a bonus. You will mentor teammates and collaborate with Product and Growth.

The person will join the Payments Systems core team and take on the responsibility of integrating new payment gateways, running experiments, and maintaining the systems that power our users' payment experience while ensuring seamless and secure transactions.
As Senior PHP Developer, you will design and implement payment experiments, integrate new gateways, and optimize existing systems — with direct impact on the payment experience for millions of users.
