Job summary

airSlate is hiring an IT Support Engineer in Wroclaw to keep our global workforce productive and secure across locations.

You will provisioning laptops, provide on-site IT support, onboard new hires in Polish and English, and manage Google Workspace/Okta accounts, Hexnode MDM, and asset inventory while collaborating with senior admins on infrastructure tasks.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years in IT support, helpdesk or sysadmin in an international or SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience provisioning macOS and Windows; Linux/Ubuntu is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration and identity/SSO tools (Okta or similar).
  • Experience with an MDM solution (Hexnode, Jamf, Intune) and IT asset management.
  • Networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi‑Fi); UniFi is a plus.
  • Languages: English (B2+); Russian or Ukrainian; Polish is a strong plus on-site.
  • Soft skills: service mindset, clear communication, ownership, patience.
  • Willingness to work on-site in the Wroclaw office.

And now we’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join us. The IT team keeps airSlate's global workforce productive and secure across all locations. We own the full employee technology lifecycle - device provisioning and management, identity and access, corporate SaaS administration, on-site and remote support, and IT automation. The team is the first point of contact for everything related to workplace technology and partners with every department as the company grows.

Responsibilities
  • Provide second-line IT support (escalations after the AI IT bot) via helpdesk, chat, and in person.
  • Prepare, configure, ship, and manage employee laptops (macOS, Windows, Ubuntu) for remote staff and the Wroclaw office.
  • Deliver on-site IT support and maintain Wroclaw office technology (meeting rooms, network, peripherals).
  • Run IT onboarding for new hires in Polish and English - accounts, devices, access, and first-day setup.
  • Administer user accounts and access in Google Workspace and Okta (provisioning, deprovisioning, groups, SSO apps).
  • Manage devices and hardware inventory in Hexnode MDM and the asset-tracking system.
  • Support senior admins on more advanced infrastructure and automation tasks.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years in IT support / helpdesk / system administration, ideally in an international or SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and provisioning macOS and Windows (Linux / Ubuntu a strong plus).
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration and identity / SSO tools (Okta or similar).
  • Experience with an MDM solution (Hexnode, Jamf, Intune, or comparable) and IT asset management.
  • Networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi); exposure to UniFi is a plus.
  • Languages: strong spoken and written English (B2+) to support users; fluent Russian or Ukrainian; Polish is a strong plus for on-site onboarding and support.
  • Soft skills: strong service mindset, clear communication, ownership, patience, and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
  • Willingness to work on-site in the Wroclaw office.
  • Education: degree in IT / CS or equivalent practical experience.
