airSlate is seeking a Senior Content Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract to lead content execution across social media and thought leadership for SignNow, DocHub, and other products.

You will create short-form content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and X, develop long-form pieces, design visuals, distribute content, and track performance using SocialPilot and other tools. English proficiency is essential and experience with AI tools is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management and content writing.
• English proficiency at C1+ level.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and their use in marketing.
• Experience with SaaS products or in a product-led company is a plus.

Our Brand Content team manages social media presence across all of our products, driving growth through LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. We're a collaborative, fast-moving crew of content managers, SEO specialists, and designers, and AI tools are a natural part of how we work every day.

We're looking for a Senior Content Manager to join us for 6 months (fixed-term contract) and take full ownership of content execution during that time.

What you'll be working on:

• 1. Content creation Create short-form social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and X across selected products (e.g., SignNow, DocHub), following SEO requirements and leveraging AI-powered prompts and tools.
  Develop long-form thought-leadership content for LinkedIn, aligned with SEO requirements and supported by AI-assisted content generation.
  Create visual assets, including social media slides, carousels, and infographics, using Claude Design with predefined design systems, ChatGPT, Gamma, or other relevant tools.
  Basic Figma skills—such as editing text, adding URLs to visuals, and exporting files—would be considered an advantage.
• 2. Content distribution Distribute and amplify social media content across relevant online communities, groups, and other distribution channels.
  Use dedicated distribution and engagement tools, such as Hyperclapper or similar platforms, to increase content reach and visibility.
• 3. Analytics & reporting Monitor and analyze social media performance using available analytics tools, including native social media dashboards and SocialPilot.
  Track key performance metrics, identify trends, and evaluate growth, decline, and overall content performance.
  Prepare quarterly performance presentation decks featuring in-depth insights into key metrics, notable changes, underlying drivers, learnings, and opportunities for improvement.

What we expect from you?

• 3+ years of experiencein Social Media Management and content writing
• English proficiency at C1+ level
• Hands-on experience with AI toolsand an understanding of how to leverage them in marketing
• Experience working withSaaS products or in a product-led companyis a plus
