ECCO Europe Service Center Sp. z o.o. w Warszawie poszukuje Team Leada ds. Przetwarzania faktur. Osoba na tym stanowisku nadzoruje zespół przetwarzania faktur od dostawców i zapewnia terminowe księgowanie, w tym obsługę płatności.

Wymagane doświadczenie w AP i procesach płatniczych, umiejętność zarządzania zespołem w SSC, znajomość SAP i Excel, dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.

Qualifications

• Wymagane doświadczenie w obszarze Accounts Payable i procesów płatniczych.
• Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu zespołu w strukturze SSC (Shared Services Center).
• Doświadczenie w pracy w organizacjach międzynarodowych.
• Doskonałe zrozumienie procesów księgowych, zwłaszcza Procure-to-Pay.
• Znajomość SAP będzie dodatkowym atutem.
• Biegła/łę w języku angielskim (pisemnie i ustnie).
• Znajomość Excela i analityczne podejście.
• Zdolności komunikacyjne i orientacja na terminowość.

Responsibilities

• Nadzór nad codziennymi/miesięcznymi procesami księgowymi w Zespole Przetwarzania Faktur.
• Zapewnienie spójności księgowej i zgodności z politykami ECCO.
• Nadzór nad Zespołem Przetwarzania Faktur i szkoleniami pracowników.
• Współpraca z zewnętrznymi dostawcami i instytucjami.
• Wspieranie audytu wewnętrznego i zewnętrznego.
• Monitorowanie KPI i raportowanie wyników.
• Współpraca z GPO i Tower Lead Procure-to-Pay w projektach rolowania procesów.

Furthermore, the Team Lead is responsible for the correct and timely processing of payments.**Responsibilities*** Oversee the execution of daily/monthly accounting activities within Invoice Processing Team* Ensure accounting consistency and integrity in accordance with ECCO policies* Supervision of the Invoice Processing Team* Supervise the training of team members* Cooperate with external vendors and institutions* Support internal and external audit process* Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators* Work closely with the GPO (Global Process Owner) and Tower Lead Procure to Pay to define and implement process improvements and projects rollout’s* Assist the Tower Lead Procure to Pay with various monthly and ad-hoc administrative tasks**Requirements:*** Substantial experience in an Accounts Payable and Payment processes* Experience in team management in a Shared Service Center setup* Experience working in multinational organizations* Excellent understanding of accounting processes, especially Procure-to-Pay processes* SAP experience is a plus* Practical knowledge of tax regulations* Fluency in English (written and spoken). Any other European languages preferred* Proficiency in the use of Excel* Quality and deadline oriented* Ability to identify future risks and provide solutions for them* Strong problem-solving skills* Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaborationImagining yourself at ECCO?
