Job summary

ECCO in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Finance Process Lead to drive global end-to-end process standardisation and governance across the GBS organisation. You will partner with Finance functions to enable an integrated operating model and support ERP-enabled transformation (S/4HANA).

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years' experience in Finance, Shared Services or GBS.
• Experience leading global transformation programmes, including ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA).
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the global process and governance by defining the global process framework, standards, policies, process taxonomy, KPIs, and service catalogue, while ensuring alignment with adjacent Finance processes and business requirements.
• Take part in finance transformation initiatives in GBS, including S/4HANA implementation, GBS expansion, operating model design, and process harmonisation, working closely with Finance, IT, Business stakeholders, and Global Process Owners across other process domains to deliver scalable and digital-first solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and process excellence through process modelling (BPMN), process governance, automation opportunities, performance management, and data-driven decision making, embedding best practices and Lean continuous improvement principles across the global organisation.

Role Purpose

Lead the global end-to-end process areas, driving process standardisation, governance and continuous improvement across the Global Business Services (GBS) organisation.

Ensure alignment between GBS and the broader Finance functions – including Business Finance / FP&A, Group Controlling & Reporting, Group Tax, and Group Treasury – to enable an integrated finance operating model, support ERP-enabled transformation (S/4HANA), and deliver operational excellence through harmonised global processes.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years' experience in Finance, Shared Services or GBS, with significant expertise in Record to Report and strong understanding of adjacent Finance functions (FP&A, Group Controlling & Reporting, Tax, Treasury) and end-to-end finance processes.
• Demonstrated experience leading global transformation programmes, including ERP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA), GBS operating model design or roll-outs, process governance, and stakeholder management within complex multinational organisations.
• Strong process management capability, including BPMN/process modelling, process taxonomy, KPI design, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies; Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience is considered an advantage
