Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a hands-on Team Lead for Human Data Operations in Poland. You will manage a team of AI Tutors responsible for labeling, reviewing, and ensuring high-quality image and video data for AI systems.

The role blends people leadership with direct QA work and requires strong KPI-driven decision making. You will collaborate with data, engineering, and operations teams to translate model requirements into effective data strategies, establish workflows, and scale processes while

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership of a small team in data labeling, annotation, or QA.
• Experience with quality metrics, data guidelines, and workflow optimization.
• Strong collaboration with data, engineering, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for AI data projects.
• Lead, coach, and assess a team of AI Tutors.
• Participate in labeling/review activities to maintain high quality.
• Maintain guidelines, taxonomy, QA workflows, and certification standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
• Track KPIs and dashboards for team and project performance.
• Develop training materials, exercises, and certification benchmarks.
• Partner with Data Managers, Leads, and Engineering on labeling strategies.
• Foster high performance and manage performance processes when needed.
• Document outcomes, risks, and improvement recommendations.
