Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead, Human Data Operations – Vision, Image & Video, based in Poland. This hands-on leadership role builds high-quality human data for AI systems, leading AI Tutors who label, review, and evaluate visual data across image and video domains.

You will own quality and delivery, set operational standards, and translate AI model requirements into effective data strategies, collaborating with data, engineering, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 1+ year in data labeling or related field.
• Experience with Notion, Axiom, JIRA, Linear.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with data quality metrics and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for human data projects.
• Lead and coach AI Tutors with regular feedback and reviews.
• Actively participate in labeling to maintain quality.
• Manage guideline adherence and QA workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Track team and project performance via KPIs and dashboards.
• Develop training materials and certification benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Human Data Managers, other Team Leads, and Engineering.
• Promote high-performance culture and accountability.
• Document outcomes, risks, and results; suggest improvements.
• Represent needs of AI Tutors and coordinate with stakeholders.
