Job summary

Super in Poland seeks a Head of Tax & Financial Transformation to own the tax function and lead critical finance transformation programs. You will collaborate with senior finance leadership to deliver measurable impact, optimise cash flow, and ensure compliant tax and regulatory reporting.

You will drive cross-border tax strategies, ERP integration, and transformation initiatives while maintaining a strategic, hands-on approach in a fast-growing tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is required
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance, with strong foundation in Tax
• Solid understanding of IFRS, local accounting standards, and tax legislation
• Proven ability to operate at a strategic level while remaining hands-on

Responsibilities

• Lead transition of tax activities from external advisors to internal function
• Maintain oversight of local and international tax legislation and compliance
• Proactively manage tax planning to minimise liabilities and optimise cash flow
• Lead major regulatory implementation projects (e.g., KSEF, JPK)
• Drive ERP optimisations to automate tax and reporting requirements
