Job summary

Finom is seeking a Target2 Process Owner to lead the operational side of the transition to direct participation in SEPA and TARGET services. You will set up and maintain payment operations processes, act as the operational point of contact for DNB and partner banks, and ensure a smooth, auditable go-live.

You will own recalls, investigations, SWIFT/ISO20022 flows, and reconciliation interfaces, coordinating with Product, IT, Compliance, and Risk to deliver resilient BAU operations across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in payment operations within banking, EMI or PSP.
• Experience with SEPA SCT/SCT Inst and TARGET Services direct connectivity.
• Hands-on with SWIFT messaging (MT199/MT999) and ISO 20022 flows; solid SOP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own SCT recalls end to end, including consent flow and refunds.
• Automate SCT/SCT Inst inquiries and investigations; support pacs.028 requests.
• Manage incoming/outgoing SWIFT messages and ISO 20022 flows.
• Oversee inbound RTGS/payment settlement monitoring and escrow-related processes.
• Define and maintain four-eyes controls, escalation and regulatory reporting.
