Role: EXPERT IT ANALYST FOR CROSS-BORDER PAYMENTS AND SWIFT TECHNOLOGY

Join our Requirements & Analysis team focused on delivering innovative solutions in Cross-Border Payments and SWIFT Technology. As an Expert IT Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping payment strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving maximum business value.

What You’ll Do

• Drive and manage delivery of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with quality standards, scope, and deadlines
• Elicit, document, and communicate both functional and non-functional requirements to support business transformation
• Proactively maintain the robustness and quality of processes and applications, securing reliable and scalable production environments
• Facilitate agile collaboration between business, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes
• Provide deep payments domain expertise by leading discussions, coaching teams, and conducting peer reviews
• Drive proposals to simplify, innovate, and modernize technology solution

Who You Are

• A payments domain expert, especially in cross-border payments, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• An excellent communicator and facilitator, able to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-driven, with strong organizational skills to manage yourself and support the team
• Experienced in agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, XP, and Kanban
• Familiar with complex payment architectures, systems, and services spanning the end-to-end payments value chain

Your Background

• Over 10 years of technology experience combining IT and business analysis with an engineering mindset
• Deep understanding of banking and financial services, cross-border payments, SWIFT messaging (MT/MX), CBPR+, RTGS, and real-time payments
• Knowledge of SEPA, EPC, NPC frameworks is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, migration, interface specifications, and process modeling
• Skilled in SQL, user interface prototyping and design
• Proficient with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Fluent in English, comfortable working with diverse international teams
