Job summary

You will engage stakeholders, map requirements, drive delivery, and support robust, scalable payments platforms with strong data and process modelling skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology experience with IT and/or business analysis.
• Knowledge of banking/financial sector and SEPA, EPC, NPC or cross-border payments (SWIFT and ISO messages).
• Experience in SWIFT payments infrastructure, CBPR+, MT to MX migrations, RTGS, EURO1, T2, real-time payments.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, UI prototyping, and design.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage initiative delivery according to scope, quality, and deadlines.
• Elicit, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements for business transformation.
• Identify proactive ways to ensure robust, scalable production environments.
• Keep track of latest practices to improve team performance and development.
• Facilitate agile cooperation between business, IT, and partners for successful deliveries.
• Provide payment expertise, coach teams, and conduct peer reviews to maximize value.
