Zusammenfassung

Galderma Krakow is seeking an experienced Talent Growth Lead to shape and deliver Talent & Organizational Development initiatives that enable business success and support employee growth.

You will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to design and implement talent strategies, organizational development initiatives, and performance management processes that strengthen organizational capability and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/OD or related field.
• 8–12 years in Talent Management, Development or OD.
• Experience leading complex initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Global, matrix environment experience and senior stakeholder partnership.

Aufgaben

• Design and drive Talent & Organizational Development initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Lead programs across learning, talent management, succession, assessments and workforce planning.
• Support and enhance performance management processes and tools.
• Partner with leaders to identify needs and propose talent solutions.
• Contribute to employee engagement via surveys and action planning.
• Lead large-scale OD projects from planning through execution.
