Galderma Polska Sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a Global Oracle EDMCS Owner / IT Business Analyst to join our Kraków-based team.

This hands-on role requires 3+ years in enterprise data management or IT business analysis and will serve as the global owner of Oracle EDMCS. You will manage platform lifecycle, drive governance and implement integrations with ERP/EPM systems, while collaborating with Finance, Accounting and IT across international functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Business Analysis or Application Ownership
• Hands-on Oracle EDMCS experience
• Experience with ERP/EPM integrations and MDM workflows
• Understanding of Finance and Accounting in international organizations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/CS/Finance/Business Administration
• Familiarity with ITIL and project management methodologies
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid model based in Kraków

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT owner and SME for Oracle EDMCS.
• Manage lifecycle activities including configuration, upgrades, support, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle EDMCS and ERP/EPM systems (Oracle Fusion, M3, FCCS, ARCS, Planning).
• Support global rollout projects, governance initiatives, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate Level 2/3 support activities and ensure system stability and SLA adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of master data management processes.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and implementation partners.

Global Oracle EDMCS Owner – IT Business Analyst

Location

Krakow – 3 days/week onsite

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Global Oracle EDMCS Owner / IT Business Analyst to join our Kraków-based team. This role requires a hands‑on professional with at least 3+ years of practical experience in enterprise data management, Oracle EDMCS, or IT Business Analysis within complex international environments. As the global owner of Oracle EDMCS, you will be responsible for managing the platform lifecycle, supporting global master data governance processes, and driving continuous improvements across Finance, Accounting, and IT functions. The role combines technical expertise, stakeholder management, and operational ownership in a dynamic global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT owner and subject matter expert for Oracle EDMCS.
• Manage application lifecycle activities including configuration, enhancements, upgrades, support, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle EDMCS and ERP/EPM systems such as Oracle Fusion, M3, FCCS, ARCS, and Planning.
• Support global rollout projects, governance initiatives, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate Level 2/3 support activities and ensure system stability and SLA adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of master data management processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience in an IT Business Analyst, Application Owner, or similar technical role.
• Strong practical knowledge of Oracle EDMCS and enterprise data governance processes.
• Experience with ERP/EPM integrations and master data management workflows.
• Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes within international organizations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with ITIL and project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid working model based in Kraków.

Experience Level

min 3+ years in IT Business Analysis or Application Ownership, with a focus on enterprise data management or Oracle EPM/EDMCS in a global finance environment

Education Level

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience/qualification.
