We are building our Talent Development team and are looking for a Talent Development Specialist to help build how Two Sigma grows its people. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs across the firm, understanding their teams' learning needs, sharing resources and expertise, and partnering with them to design and implement effective programming. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to firm-wide talent development initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the strategic and practical sides of talent development, from assessing needs to designing solutions to getting programs off the ground, and who is energized by being part of a growing, collaborative team. The base pay for this role will be between $125,000 and $175,000. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
