The Financial Planning & Analysis team provides decision support across a range of critical initiatives, with a focus on financial modeling, statistical analysis, and business informatics. The work uses a combination of AI tools, engineering resources and data to provide transparency, evaluate business drivers, and quantify impacts to the firm in real time. This role will have the opportunity to shape and influence the growth and strategy of the firm through insightful, data-driven dashboards and analyses. The base pay for this role will be between $130,000 and $160,000. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
