Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Takami R2R Project Manager to drive SAP S/4HANA rollout and finance transformation initiatives in Łódź, Poland. You will coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure on-time delivery of finance process improvements.

You will develop robust project plans, monitor risks, prepare updates for stakeholders, and support governance meetings, while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

About the Role

The Takami R2R Project Manager plays a key role in supporting record-to-report initiatives by coordinating project activities related to the SAP S/4HANA global rollout, driving execution, and helping ensure successful delivery of finance transformation objectives. Working across functions and stakeholders, this role supports the planning, governance, and implementation of projects that improve financial processes, reporting, and operational effectiveness. The position contributes to delivering consistent project outcomes by aligning priorities, monitoring progress, managing risks, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Through strong project management, collaboration, and organizational skills, the Takami R2R Project Manager helps enable efficient project execution and supports the achievement of business and finance objectives.

Base Salary Range
