Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Takami R2R Project Manager to drive SAP S/4HANA rollout and finance transformation initiatives in Łódź, Poland. You will coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure on-time delivery of finance process improvements.

You will develop robust project plans, monitor risks, prepare updates for stakeholders, and support governance meetings, while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Proven project management experience in a complex business environment.
• Strong knowledge of record-to-report processes and finance operations.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
