Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Supply Planner to join our team to build the operating company supply plan, balancing constraints to drive optimal results. You will coordinate with operating company stakeholders as the main contact for supply planning questions, track local availability and inventory versus targets, and contribute to S&OP analytics and risk assessments.

• Strong understanding of supply planning and scheduling.
• At least 2 years work experience in planning in the consumer goods industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with good cultural awareness.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
• Experience with advanced planning tools.
• Very good written and verbal English (min. B2).

Responsibilities

• Create the Operating Company supply plan, balancing constraints to achieve optimal results.

Your responsibilities would include:

• creating the Operating Company supply plan, balancing constraints to achieve optimal results
• coordinating and collaborating with Operating Company stakeholders as the key contact for all Supply planning questions
• tracking local product availability and inventory levels vs targets
• contributing to S&OP meetings in preparation of analytics, scenarios & risks / opportunities
• coordinating and collaborating with the Senior Supply Planner Europe and NPI planner Europe
• supporting continuous improvement and capability building in the Supply planning function.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• strong understanding of supply planning, scheduling
• at least 2 years work experience in planning in the consumer goods industry
• great interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships and trust with a good cultural awareness
• good analytical and problem-solving skills (familiarity with PowerBI would be an asset)
• experience with advanced planning tools.
• very good written and verbal English (min. B2)
