Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a dedicated Supply Planner to help create and balance the operating company supply plan. You will coordinate with stakeholders, monitor local inventory levels, and contribute to S&OP analytics and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Create the operating company supply plan balancing constraints for optimal results.
• Coordinate with stakeholders as the main contact for supply planning questions.
• Track local product availability and inventory versus targets.
• Contribute to S&OP meetings with analytics, scenarios, risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Senior Supply Planner Europe and NPI planner Europe.
• Support continuous improvement and capability building in supply planning.

Your Responsibilities Would Include

• creating the Operating Company supply plan, balancing constraints to achieve optimal results
• coordinatiing and collaborating with stakeholders as the key contact for all Supply planning questions
• tracking local product availability and inventory levels vs targets
• contributing to S&OP meetings in preparation of analytics, scenarios & risks / opportunities
• coordinating and collaborating with the Senior Supply Planner Europe and NPI planner Europe
• supporting continuous improvement and capability building in the Supply planning function.

You Are a Good Candidate If You Have

• at least 2 years work experience in planning in the consumer goods industry
• strong understanding of supply planning, scheduling
• great interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships and trust with a good cultural awareness
• good analytical and problem-solving skills
• experience with advanced planning tools.
