Job summary

T Hub Poland, part of Deutsche Telekom Group, is seeking a Senior Lead SAP Integration Expert to own end-to-end integration and data replication across SAP ERP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors within a large HR transformation program.

You will design and implement complex mappings, lead cross-system integration, and ensure data consistency in hybrid HR landscapes. German and English proficiency required for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP ERP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors integration and replication.
• Proven migrations and replication experience between SAP HCM and Cloud HR solutions.
• Strong leadership in integration-focused projects and architecture decisions.
