Job summary

Jobtailor in Warszawa is seeking a temporary Accounts Payable specialist to reconcile corporate credit card transactions, manage Travel & Expense processing, and ensure timely submissions.

You will collaborate with the finance team to resolve outstanding balances and support prepayment reconciliations, demanding a strong eye for detail and proficient English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) processes.
• Experience with account reconciliation and resolving outstanding balances.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to financial data.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively on a short-term assignment.
• Greek language skills would be an advantage.
• Availability for a temporary assignment of up to 2 months.
