Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Systems Engineer for our Corporate Infrastructure team, based in Warsaw, with a dynamic hybrid model. You will design and automate identity lifecycle, device provisioning, and security controls to scale our enterprise infrastructure.

You will work with Okta, Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE, and other platforms, building self-service tooling and automation to streamline onboarding, provisioning, and compliance across macOS, Windows, and mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting large-scale identity and endpoint management solutions.
• Expertise with Okta, SSO, SCIM, Jamf, Workspace ONE, and Intune.
• Ability to design device compliance and access security controls.
• Strong IT automation and infrastructure-as-code knowledge.
• Proven collaboration with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead scalable systems for identity lifecycle, device provisioning, and endpoint automation.
• Design secure, manageable, automated identity and device access across a growing org.
• Build automation around Okta, Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE using Python, PowerShell, bash, and Git.
• Lead migration and platform consolidation to streamline integration and reduce complexity.
• Automate joiner-mover-leaver workflows for employee lifecycle processes.
• Develop self-service and reliability tooling to reduce manual work for end users.
• Collaborate with security, IT, engineering, and finance to design access policies and controls.
• Mentor teammates and shape roadmaps for the Corporate Infrastructure team.
