Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a completed vocational training as an IT specialist, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Service Ownership & Development – Administer assigned IT services throughout their operational lifecycle, including configuration, access management, maintenance, monitoring, incident resolution, vendor coordination, and ensuring service availability and reliability.
• Endpoint Management – Administer Microsoft Intune for Windows and macOS devices, managing enrolment, configuration, compliance, application deployment, patching, and device lifecycle processes. Develop and maintain automation scripts (Bash/PowerShell), troubleshoot endpoint issues, and ensure a secure and standardised endpoint environment.
• Digital Workplace Development & Automation – Identify improvement opportunities, implement automation solutions, and influence adoption and evolution of platforms such as Intune, Nexthink, Action1, Fresh Service, etc.
• Documentation – Create documentation of service integrations and contribute to internal knowledge base.
• Team collaboration – Collaborate across international project teams, IT functions, users, stakeholders, and external providers to coordinate issue resolution and ensure high-quality service delivery.
