Job summary

Valeo Czechowice-Dziedzice plant is seeking a System Validation Engineer to lead the validation of Smart Actuators & Powertrain components. You will develop test scripts and support the project team throughout the validation process, ensuring compliance with system specifications.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree with 3+ years in automotive system engineering, fixture with CAN/LIN protocols, CAPL and Python, and fluency in English and Polish. On-site role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in Mechatronics/Electronics.
• 3+ years of automotive/industrial system engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of Smart Actuators & Powertrain System (eMotors, inverters, reducers, PLA).
• Develop and manage Integration Test Scripts (functional & non-functional).
• Serve as System Validation Engineer (Sys Val) and support project team.
• Conduct full validation/verification and participate in bug analysis/fixing.
