Job summary

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with 3+ years in automotive system engineering, plus strong CAN/LIN and electrical measurement skills. English and Polish are required for collaboration across international teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechatronics or Electronics.
• 3+ years in automotive/industrial system engineering.
• Experience with CAN/LIN and Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer).
• Strong lab skills: oscilloscope, multimeter, reading electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of smart actuators & hydraulic systems (motors, inverters, oil pumps).
• Develop and execute integration test scripts (functional & non-functional).
• Conduct full validation/verification and manage bug fixing/incidents.
• Shape R&D System Engineering Methodology according to A-Spice standards.
