Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a System Analyst to analyze business and system requirements in the area of payment cards and support implementation of new functionalities and improvements. You will connect business needs with technology and ensure high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities include creating specifications, mapping processes, and collaborating with payment organizations, business, and technical teams. Hybrid work is available, and a strong emphasis on documentation and testing is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system or business-system analysis in the area of cards and payments
• Strong knowledge of credit card functionalities and related services
• Familiarity with UML and BPMN notation, SQL
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
• Knowledge of implementation, testing, and system development processes
• Proficiency in English enabling smooth work with documentation and stakeholders
• Openness to hybrid work
• Located in Poland and fluent in Polish
