Sii Poland is seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our banking-focused projects, shaping front-end and back-end processes. You will model requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure quality across IT teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in system analysis within banking IT, proficient UML/BPMN modeling, and experience with Enterprise Architect, REST, Kafka, and WSO2. Polish fluency and Poland residency are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in system analysis or business-system analysis.
Experience in banking IT projects and regulatory considerations.
Ability to create/read UML, BPMN models.
Familiarity with relational databases.
Technical higher education in computer science or related field.
Polish language fluency and Poland location required.

Responsibilities

Prepare business and system analyses for banking applications.
Collaborate with business units to define requirements.
Gather/analyze requirements and prepare user stories.
Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and testers to deliver functionality.

Job description

Join our team of system analysts working on projects in areas such as investments, domestic and international payments, mortgages, and everyday banking.

We are currently focusing on the development and restructuring of key credit processes - both on the front-end and back-end. We are working on a new modular architecture, gradually moving away from the old application and building solutions that will be the foundation of corporate banking for the coming years.

Your tasks

Preparation of business and system analysis for banking applications
Collaboration with business units to define business requirements
Gathering and analyzing requirements, as well as preparing and validating user stories
Collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and testers in the development of applications and ensuring their quality
Coordination of tasks between IT teams regarding the implemented functionality, responsibility for delivering functionality
Modeling functionality (UML or BPMN) according to the accepted standard
Maintaining and managing functional documentation for implemented deployments
Working with the team's backlog
Supporting applications in the testing environment

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in system analysis or business-system analysis
Ability to create and read UML, BPMN models
Practical experience with Enterprise Architect
Knowledge of communication between systems (REST, KAFKA, WSO2)
Experience in projects related to the development of IT systems in the banking industry
Familiarity with relational databases
Technical higher education - computer science or related fields
Required to be located in Poland and fluent in Polish
