Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a System Analyst (f/m/x) for a banking project to analyze business and system requirements in payments and support new functionalities. You will connect business needs with technology and ensure high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities include analyzing card-related requirements, producing specs, process mapping, and collaboration with payment bodies and IT teams. Hybrid work and Polish fluency preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system or business-system analysis in cards/payments
• Strong knowledge of credit card functionalities and related services
• Familiarity with UML and BPMN notation, SQL
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
• Knowledge of implementation, testing, and system development processes
• Proficiency in English enabling smooth work with documentation and stakeholders
• Openness to hybrid work
• Located in Poland and fluent in Polish
