Sii Poland in Kraków is seeking a System Analyst (f/m/x) for a banking project to analyze business and system requirements in cards/payments and support new functionalities.

You will connect business needs with technology, document clearly, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with a hybrid work arrangement in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system or business-system analysis in the area of cards and payments
• Strong knowledge of credit card functionalities and related services
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
• Familiarity with UML, BPMN notation, SQL
• Polish language fluency and location in Poland
• English proficiency for documentation and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile business requirements related to card products and processes
• Create functional specifications and analytical documentation
• Map business processes and propose improvements
• Collaborate with payment organizations and cross-functional teams
• Participate in implementing new functionalities and changes in existing systems

For a project in the banking sector, we are looking for a System Analyst (f/m/x). The person in this position will be responsible for analyzing business and system requirements in the area of payment cards and supporting the implementation of new functionalities and solutions. We are looking for someone who can effectively connect business needs with technological capabilities and ensures high quality of delivered solutions.

Your tasks

• Analyzing and reconciling business requirements related to card products and processes
• Creating functional specifications and analytical documentation
• Mapping business processes and recommending improvements
• Collaborating with payment organizations and business and technical teams
• Participating in the implementation of new functionalities and changes in existing systems
• Preparing test scenarios and supporting test execution
• Participating in projects related to data and system migration

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system or business-system analysis in the area of cards and payments
• Strong knowledge of credit card functionalities and related services

• Knowledge of implementation, testing, and system development processes
