Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a System Analyst (f/m/x) for a banking project in Poznań to analyze business and system requirements for card products and to support new functionalities. You will connect business needs with tech capabilities and ensure high-quality solutions.

Key tasks include analyzing card-related requirements, creating specs, mapping processes, collaborating with payment organizations, and supporting testing and migrations. Hybrid work and Polish language proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system or business-system analysis in the area of cards and payments.
• Strong knowledge of credit card functionalities and related services.
• Familiarity with UML and BPMN notation, SQL
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Knowledge of implementation, testing, and system development processes.
• Proficiency in English enabling smooth work with documentation and stakeholders.
• Openness to hybrid work.
• Required to be located in Poland and fluent in Polish
