DevStart is seeking an IT Infrastructure Leader to manage a global team responsible for systems configuration and infrastructure services. The role emphasizes ITIL-driven service delivery, multinational project execution, and implementing tools across ~120 sites with thousands of servers.

You will recruit and motivate IT professionals, set KPIs, and collaborate across business units to meet evolving operational requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Technology or related.
• Minimum 1 year leadership or team management experience in infrastructure management or software development.
• Process oriented with working knowledge of ITIL Service Delivery.
• Experience gathering business requirements from different parties.
• Ability to prioritize tasks for a team.
• Project management experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in large distributed infrastructure environments.
• Software architecture knowledge and refactoring experience.
• Knowledge of SCCM, SCOM, Puppet or BMC Atrium is a plus.
• Fluent English skills.

This position is responsible for managing a global team of IT professionals managing systems configuration.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Recruiting, organizing, managing and motivating IT professionals (including developers) to build an efficient internal service provider organization;
• Setting measures and Service Targets and reporting Key Performance Indicators;
• Ensuring that the quality of infrastructure services meets current and future operational requirements;
• Working on multinational projects;
• Ensuring that the quality of infrastructure services meets current and future operational requirements;
• Making sure that the processes and procedures are in place, updated and aligned with the business needs and ITIL good practices (Service Delivery area)
• Responsible for implementing new tools across company sites (about 120 sites across globe with thousands of servers).

Knowledge and Background

• University degree in Information Technology or related;
• Minimum 1 year leadership or team management experience in infrastructure management or software development;
• Process oriented person with working knowledge of ITIL good practices (Service Delivery area);
• Working knowledge of gathering business requirements from different parties (business units);
• Ability to prioritize tasks for a team;
• Project management experience preferable with Agile methodologies;
• Proven experience working with mid/large and distributed infrastructure environment – highly desired;
• Software architecture knowledge with experience in re-designing/re-factoring software – highly desired;
• Knowledge of service and/or server management tools like SCCM, SCOM, PUPPET or BMC Atrium would be a plus;
• Fluent English skills.
