ALTEN Polska is seeking an experienced System Engineer for automotive projects in Kraków. The role focuses on defining and managing system requirements, collaborating with software, test, and validation teams, and creating documentation compliant with ASPICE processes.

You will define system architecture at the system level and participate in reviews, defect analysis, and integration activities while ensuring standards compliance. English proficiency is required for international collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze, define, and manage system requirements.
• Collaborate with Software, Test, Validation teams, and customers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation in compliance with ASPICE processes.
• Define system architecture and functionalities at the system level.
• Participate in technical reviews, problem-solving activities, and defect analysis.
• Support system integration, validation, and verification activities.
• Ensure compliance of development processes with automotive quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in System Engineering or automotive product development.
• Strong knowledge of the V-Model and ASPICE processes.
• Experience in software development projects throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work with system requirements and technical specifications.
• Experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong advantage.
• Very good command of English, allowing effective communication in an international environment.
