Job summary

eMoney Advisor is seeking an SVP of Development and Enterprise Architecture to lead global engineering and architecture teams in an AI-first, platform-driven ecosystem. The role reports to the Head of Technology and focuses on accelerating delivery, security, and scalable cloud-native platforms.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical leadership with strategic thinking, experience in financial services, and a proven ability to influence executives and drive cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership in large-scale engineering and architecture.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade platforms in regulated environments.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience and application to products and workflows.
• Experience driving DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering transformations.
• Strong data architecture and AI integration knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead global, distributed teams and drive organizational change.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture across application, data, and AI layers.
• Lead platform engineering model enabling self-service and reusable capabilities.
• Architect cloud-native, API-first, event-driven systems.
• Embed AI agents and automation across the SDLC.

• Partner with Product and Strategy to align with business priorities.
