Job summary

CKH Group in Poznań is seeking a Sustainability & Environment Manager to lead the company's environmental and sustainability activities, aligning initiatives with regulatory requirements and business goals.

You will collaborate with multiple departments and external partners, manage data, KPIs, and disclosures, and drive progress across the organization while staying updated on climate, environment, and related laws.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in sustainability, environmental management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in environmental management, sustainability, ESG, regulatory compliance, or a comparable field.
• Solid understanding of environmental regulations and standards.
• Experience coordinating cross-departmental sustainability projects.
• Experience with environmental data, reporting, KPIs, and management information.
• Excellent Excel skills and data-driven approach.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate environmental and sustainability activities across departments.
• Monitor legislation and assess impact, informing stakeholders.
• Coordinate sustainability projects with internal and external partners.
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate data to support reporting and disclosures.
• Prepare and coordinate sustainability reports and management information.
• Act as main contact for environmental matters and provide guidance.
