Job summary

You will collaborate with Corporate Sustainability, Supply Chain, Engineering, and project teams to embed sustainability across all project phases, with a hybrid work arrangement in the Warsaw office and fluent Polish and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Energy, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Extensive sustainability experience in large infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Fluent communication in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert in sustainability with a focus on EU regulatory frameworks and practical implementation.
• Support AP1000 project in Poland by integrating sustainability considerations into development.
• Provide expertise on EU Taxonomy and related sustainability regulations.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance for project teams.
• Support Life Cycle Assessments and whole life carbon analyses.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project control to embed sustainability across all phases.
• Engage with partners to agree on sustainability goals and reporting requirements.
• Monitor new sustainability regulations and best practices for Polish and Europe-wide projects.
• Help develop sustainability strategies for projects across Europe.
• Be a trusted advisor to project leadership on sustainability risks and opportunities.
