Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices industry is a must-have.
• Experience in surgical medical devices is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English language.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct learning in live, virtual, and self-guided formats.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and external faculty to implement learning strategies.
• Translate customer insights into ongoing learning offerings.
• Develop and execute prioritized education programs aligned with organizational needs.
• Utilize technology to reinforce learning concepts throughout the continuum.
• Collaborate with EMEA teams to tailor training for regional teams.
