Job summary

Capgemini Kraków is seeking an experienced DRP Manager to lead distribution planning across the network, ensuring optimal inventory deployment and product availability. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage planning risks, and guide a high-performing team to meet business objectives.

The role requires 8+ years in DRP or related planning, strong leadership, and expertise in IBP/S&OP with SAP or Blue Yonder.

Qualifications

8+ years in DRP, Supply/Inventory Planning
Proven people leadership with track record
Expertise in inventory deployment and replenishment
IBP/S&OP processes understanding
Experience managing supply risks across complex networks
Analytical and data-driven decision making
SAP IBP/SAP APO/Blue Yonder and Excel skills
Excellent stakeholder management and fluent English
Willing to work 8-hour shifts 08:00–24:00

Responsibilities

Lead DRP team and ensure high-quality execution.
Manage end-to-end distribution planning to optimize inventory and availability.
Drive replenishment and inventory strategies across centers and markets.
Monitor and improve DRP KPIs: service level, inventory health, deployment accuracy.
Identify and mitigate inventory risks, stock shortages, distribution constraints.
Collaborate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Procurement and Commercial.
Lead continuous improvement, network optimization and supply chain transformation.
Act as DRP Business Process Owner, governance and best-practice adoption.
