Job summary

Weber is expanding its operations in Zabrze and invites talented individuals to join as Supply Planner. You will plan accessories supply, manage inventory, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure reliable supply and optimal turnover.

A university degree in logistics or related field is advantageous, with emphasis on analytical skills and strong teamwork. English proficiency is required, and SAP/Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Planning or related area.
• Strong analytical and planning skills are required.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and improvements.
• Strong collaboration across teams is important.
• Good command of English is required.
• Excel and SAP proficiency is expected.
• A university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan accessories supply and inventory levels based on demand, capacity, service levels and financial targets.
• Identify potential supply risks and proactively seek solutions.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Procurement, Global Supply Chain, Quality and Finance to ensure plans are delivered.
• Develop and optimise inventory build-up strategies to maintain continuity of supply and turnover.

Supply Planner

Your responsibilities

• Plan accessories supply and inventory levels, taking into account demand, production capacity, customer service levels and the company’s financial targets
• Identify potential supply risks and proactively look for solutions
• Coordinate activities with Production, Logistics, Procurement, Global Supply Chain, Quality and Finance to ensure plans are delivered
• Develop and optimise inventory build-up strategies to ensure continuity of supply to distribution centres while maintaining the targeted inventory turnover

Our requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain, Planning or a related area
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying improvements
