Job summary

Orifarm is seeking a Supply Operations Manager to coordinate end-to-end supply operations across our manufacturing sites, ensuring reliable product availability and alignment with production and supply plans. You will drive digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled planning within the global planning team and site interfaces.

The role requires leading cross-functional governance, managing relationships across sites, and owning supply KPIs.

• Build and maintain relationships across sites and global functions, guiding adoption in multiple regions (Denmark and Poland).
• Own and report supply KPIs including service level, plan adherence and inventory.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN and structured problem-solving methods.
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital workflows, dashboards and automated solutions.

We are looking for a Supply Operations Manager to coordinate execution and drive process improvements across the supply chain within Technical Operations ensuring efficient flow from production to product delivery

About the job

As our Supply Operations Manager you will manage supply operations for Orifarm’s manufacturing sites ensuring reliable product availability, aligned with production and supply plans. You will act as the primary Supply Operations contact and coordinate cross-functional alignment within Orifarm’s global functions to secure high service level, optimal inventory, while maintaining compliance and continuous improvement objectives.

In this position you will also lead, identify and implement digitalization and automation opportunities within global planning team and site interfaces. You will collaborate closely with process owners to drive improvements and ensure solutions align with global processes and standards.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Manage supply operations for the assigned site portfolio from demand and supply alignment through production, release and deliver
• Drive the evolution from transactional planning to data-driven and AI-enabled decision making, being a champion in adoption of advanced planning technologies, automation, predictive analytics and digital workflows across Supply Operations
• Leverage AI, advanced analytics and planning optimization tools to identify risks, constraints and improvement opportunities before they impact supply performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships across sites and global functions, as well as lead adoption across operational teams in Denmark and Poland
• Own and report supply KPIs, including service level, plan adherence and inventory, using data to drive decisions and corrective actions
• Initiate and support continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN and structured problem-solving methods
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital workflows, dashboards and automated solutions in collaboration with process owners and IT

We are looking for someone who combines supply chain expertise with a passion for digital innovation. You bring an excellent understanding of end-to-end supply chain and production planning, as well as experience working with manufacturing sites and cross-functional site governance.

You have strong digital acumen and a curiosity for emerging technologies, which enable you to assess technology opportunities to be integrated into our processes. You utilize advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve operational performance.

We value great stakeholder management skills and are looking for someone who has a business-oriented mindset. You take ownership of your tasks and continuously seek improvements. You have an educational background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a similar field.
