RELEX Solutions is seeking a Solution Consultant for CPG/Manufacturing to join a skilled team that values energy, growth, and innovation. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to design tailored supply chain solutions, ensure seamless integration, and lead testing and training activities.

You will work with feedback loops to maximize product value, support customers through incidents, and contribute to continuous improvements using data analytics and modern tech, including ML

Qualifications

• A relevant academic background (e.g., Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields).
• Several years of professional experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain operations, or software implementation, ideally within SaaS or ERP/Planning systems.
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations with an understanding of planning and scheduling challenges.
• Proven data analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; strong proficiency with SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to lead testing, quality assurance, training, or user adoption activities with customers.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with cross-team collaboration and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand their objectives and planning needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design tailored supply chain solutions.
• Ensure smooth integration of our product with clients’ systems and processes.
• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure solutions meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Guide customers in maximizing value and efficiency of the product and its capabilities.
• Provide ongoing support to resolve incidents and drive continuous improvements.
