Job summary

Manufacturo is seeking an early-career Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to translate complex manufacturing environments into customer-facing solutions. You will partner with Sales to demonstrate the platform, uncover pain points, and show how Manufacturo improves traceability, quality, and efficiency across production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing operations experience in discrete manufacturing.
• Knowledge of MES, QMS, Warehouse and inventory management, and related enterprise software systems (CAD, ERP, PLM).
• Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable operating in multicultural, pan-European environments.
• Understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration.
• Strong presentation skills — both in-person and remote/virtual.
• Fluent in English plus French and/or German (mandatory).
• Eligible to work in the EU/EEA without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical presales engagements, discovery, and solution development for customers to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and strategic objectives.
• Translate business needs into Manufacturo solutions.
• Lead customer introductions, proof-of-concepts, and deep dives into Manufacturo to gain alignment on value and successful gap resolution.
• Deliver compelling presentations focused on business value, architecture, and SaaS capabilities.
• Build and execute tailored demos and Proofs of Concept.
• Support technical responses to RFI/RFP/RFQ requests.
• Coordinate and support the entire customer journey to ensure successful closure and customer handoff.
• Master the Manufacturo platform and stay current on the product roadmap.
• Speak to industry standards, trends, and customer use cases across European markets.
