B. Braun Melsungen AG is seeking a SCM Support Specialist in Poland to handle daily operational supply chain activities for European subsidiaries.

You will manage master data in SAP, maintain pricing transfers, and support delivery date updates across planning systems, while creating KPI dashboards and coordinating issue resolution with a global team. The role requires English proficiency (B2/C1), strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational SCM activities for European subsidiaries within SSC
• Maintain and cleanse master data and planning parameters in SAP and connected systems
• Mass maintenance of intercompany transfer prices
• Maintain product availability information and updated delivery dates
• Create and update standardized KPI reports and dashboards for performance monitoring
• Monitor automated SCM processes, identify errors and coordinate resolution with stakeholders
• Provide system access and authorizations for new employees
• Support local end users on system usage and processes via phone, email or web conference

SCM Support Specialist

Functional Area: Supply Chain Management

Duties and responsibilities:

• Execute daily operational Supply Chain Management activities on behalf of European subsidiaries within the Shared Service Center, such as:
  • Maintaining and cleansing supply chain-related master data and planning parameters in SAP and connected systems.
  • Mass maintenance of intercompany transfer prices
  • Gathering and maintenance of product availability information such as adjusted delivery dates in internal planning systems
  • Creation and updating standardized KPI reports and dashboards to support operational performance monitoring.
  • Monitoring automated SCM processes, identifying errors, and coordinating issue resolution with relevant stakeholders.
  • Granting system access and assigning authorizations for new employees
• Provide support to local end users on system usage and defined processes via phone, email or web conference
• English language skills (B2/C1), German is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience in SAP ERP
• Experience in Supply Chain is an advantage
• Experience in handling master data and transactional processes is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in international and virtual team environment
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner

Salary range: 7.000 - 10.000 PLN gross monthly.
