Job summary

HAVI Krakow Global Business Services is seeking a capable analyst to support demand and supply planning, data analysis, and reporting within a dynamic supply chain environment. The role emphasizes improving forecast accuracy, managing planning cycles, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize inventory and service levels.

Ideal candidates will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on Excel/VBA skills, and exposure to ERP tools like JDA, SAP, Logility or Kinaxis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Process Engineering, Business Admin or related field (nice to have).
  • Experience in demand and/or supply planning is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Excel; VBA a plus.
  • Basic SQL, data interpretation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts ad hoc analyses and troubleshoots issues.
  • Runs reports and data pulls to support on-shore teams.
  • Ensure accuracy of planning inputs/outputs (menu item forecast accuracy, replenishment).
  • Manage system parameters to improve output quality.
  • Monitor inputs to forecasting and planning processes.
  • Oversee daily/weekly/ promotional planning cycles.
  • Respond to internal/external tickets and requests.
  • Support continuous improvement projects with technical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conducts ad hoc analyses, trouble‑shoot issues.
  • Runs reports and data‑pulls in support of on‑shore team with their account management responsibilities.
  • Accountable for accuracy and consistency of all planning inputs and outputs on a daily basis: Menu Item Forecast Accuracy and raw‑item replenishment sufficiency.
  • Manages system parameters to improve quality of outputs.
  • Monitors quality of inputs to forecasting and supply chain processes.
  • Manages/Monitors the daily, weekly, and promotion planning cycles.
  • Responds to requests (tickets) incoming from internal and external customers.
  • Continuously monitors and improves Key Performance Indicators.
  • Adds value to the business by finding issues/recommending changes.
  • Supports larger team’s continuous improvement projects with technical skills.
  • Responsible as back‑up to all other team members.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in Demand and/or Supply Planning (inventory planning, manufacturing planning, distribution planning) - would be an asset
  • Experience in high pressure environment work through critical issues with quick deadlines desired.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Process Engineering. Business Administration, Business Analysis or any science related field of study - nice to have.
  • High level of analytical, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret and draw conclusions based on data sets, tables, charts.
  • Interest in learning the more technical side of supply chain planning.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including effective communication with external partners, customers, and different cultures.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (specifically Excel), VBA is a plus.
  • Low to Intermediate SQL skills.
  • Data analysis: R / Python basic knowledge a plus.
  • Reporting tools: Tableau / PowerBI basic knowledge a plus.
  • Exposure to ERP tools (JDA, SAP, Logility, Kinaxis) – a plus.
  • Sense of owning part of a complex supply chain management business.
