Job summary

PerkinElmer in Krakow, Poland seeks a Supplier Transition Specialist to support the OneSource team. The role is hybrid with a 4-month fixed-term contract, focusing on supplier onboarding, communications and efficient sourcing.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields, 1+ year experience in purchasing or sourcing, and a strong command of English. Excellent collaboration across departments and precise data handling are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing.
• Very good level of English, both spoken and written.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cross-department collaboration.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier communications related to organizational and legal entity changes, ensuring onboarding readiness.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and setup with cross-functional teams (AP, Quality, Legal, stakeholders).
• Execute purchasing and sourcing activities to support operations and service delivery.
• Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate quotations with suppliers ensuring quality, compliance and cost objectives.
• Maintain purchasing records and supplier data, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
• Track onboarding progress, identify risks, and drive timely resolution.

Job description

We are looking for a Supplier Transition Specialistwith English language skills. The person will support the OneSource team.

Hybrid working model, Krakow, Quattro Business Park (3-day office)

Fixed-term contract (4 months)

Role description:

• Lead supplier communications related to organizational and legal entity changes, ensuring suppliers complete all required onboarding activities and are fully prepared to transact within established project timelines.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and setup activities across cross-functional teams, including Accounts Payable, Quality, Legal, and other key stakeholders to ensure timely completion of requirements.
• Execute purchasing and sourcing activities in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner to support uninterrupted business operations and service delivery.
• Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from approved suppliers and service providers, ensuring alignment with quality standards, compliance requirements, and cost objectives.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier data within company systems, ensuring data integrity, audit readiness, and adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Track supplier onboarding progress, identify potential risks and delays, and proactively drive resolution to ensure successful project execution.

Role requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Management preferred
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
• Very good level of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual
