PerkinElmer Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Supplier Transition Specialist for a fixed-term contract in Krakow, Poland, with a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of experience in purchasing or strategic sourcing, with fluent English and strong analytical

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing.
• Very good level of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead supplier communications on organizational and legal entity changes and onboarding timelines.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and setup with Accounts Payable, Quality, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Execute purchasing and sourcing activities to support uninterrupted business operations and service delivery.
• Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate quotations with approved suppliers ensuring quality and cost objectives.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier data ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
• Track onboarding progress, identify risks and drive timely resolutions.

The person will support the OneSource team. Hybrid working model, Krakow, Quattro Business Park (3-day office) Fixed-term contract (4 months)

Role description

• Lead supplier communications related to organizational and legal entity changes, ensuring suppliers complete all required onboarding activities and are fully prepared to transact within established project timelines.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and setup activities across cross-functional teams, including Accounts Payable, Quality, Legal, and other key stakeholders to ensure timely completion of requirements.
• Execute purchasing and sourcing activities in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner to support uninterrupted business operations and service delivery.
• Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from approved suppliers and service providers, ensuring alignment with quality standards, compliance requirements, and cost objectives.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier data within company systems, ensuring data integrity, audit readiness, and adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Track supplier onboarding progress, identify potential risks and delays, and proactively drive resolution to ensure successful project execution.

Role requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Management preferred
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
• Very good level of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with international suppliers
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
