PerkinElmer is seeking a Supplier Transition Specialist with strong English language skills to support the OneSource team. The role is hybrid in Krakow (Quattro Business Park) with a 4-month fixed-term contract.

You will lead supplier communications, coordinate onboarding, and manage purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance or Management and has at least 1 year of experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Finance or Management preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Purchasing, Procurement or Strategic Sourcing.
• Very good level of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong integrity, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead supplier communications related to organizational and legal entity changes.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and setup across cross-functional teams.
• Execute purchasing and sourcing activities to support operations.
• Obtain, evaluate and negotiate quotations with suppliers.
• Maintain purchasing records and supplier data, ensuring data integrity.
• Track onboarding progress and drive timely issue resolution.
